My Background
I grew up in a family that loves to get together, over delicious meals and great company. So my love for cooking and entertaining started at a young age.
Since qualifying from the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, I’ve gained invaluable experience crafting my trade across a wide variety of different experiences.
From large scale events, to intimate dinners. I’ve worked in well known independent restaurants, for large multinational food companies and during iconic sporting events such as Wimbledon.
